Luanda Towers

Luanda Towers is Top Builders’ biggest project in Angola, which involves a contract sum of over USD$50 million. It includes 3 blocks of 28-storey residential building, a 3-storey carpark and 2- storey of shopping complex at the podium. The construction method is separated into 2 parts. The carpark and podium are using reinforced concrete while the 3 blocks of residential buildings are using metallic steel structure. The transition level of reinforced concrete to metallic steel structure is at level 7. We are using top down method for the metallic steel structure construction and can achieve 18 days for 3 stories.
