This new office building will be the headquarters of French oil company `TOTAL E&P’. The 16 storey tower has a floor area of 45,107 m2 comprising car park, offices and auditorium, with contract sum of over USD$ 7 million.
The typical floor plate consists of 1,668 m2 accommodating 750 workstations. The car park provides 306 parking spaces on 6 levels above grade with two below grade levels, and approximately 10,738 m2 total gross areas.
Top Builders International Angola completed the reinforced concrete structure works three months ahead of the contractual completion date.
