Top Builders Group is pleased to announce that it has completed hard landscaping and fit-out works for the new pool deck for Tower 5B in Sands Cotai Central. The new pool deck is designed for use by guests staying in the newly built St. Regis Hotel, which is scheduled to be opened in Dec 2015.
