Public Housing at Ilha Verde Lote 3 is one of the latest developments by the Government to provide sufficient public housing. It provides approximately 770 flats, 300 carparks, 300 bike parks, over 800m2 of commercial area and approximately 9,000m2 of social area.
Top Builders, along with its JV partner, have been awarded works for Phase 1 of the Interchange with a contract sum of MOP 600m. The scope of works includes:
