Wynn Macao A&A Works

Wynn Macao is the first casino hotel opened by Wynn in Macao. Top Builders was appointed to carry out an alteration in structural layout and additions of new structural elements in the existing casino. The scope of works includes RC works with post-tensioning, steelwork and concrete cutting in the existing gaming floor in operations under limited headroom with a project value of approximately HKD 75m.

Despite working under stringent conditions such as limited site access and noise and dust control, Top Builders has managed to complete the works to the full satisfaction of the client under an accelerated programme.
