On May 23, 2026, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University hosted a technical exchange seminar for the construction industry in Macau, inviting two local contractors, Top Builders Group and China State Construction, to participate.

During the seminar, university representatives provided a comprehensive overview of the faculty’s teaching and research capabilities, as well as its talent cultivation system. Top Builders, which acted as the main contractor for The Londoner Macao’s façade construction, shared a detailed case study and its experience of the project. Meanwhile, China State Construction shared its insight in the latest techniques of tunnel boring machines.

All parties engaged in open discussions, exchanged practical project experiences and professional technical insights, and joined hands to explore future innovative development directions within the construction industry.
