Top Builders Group was recently awarded various trade contract packages for Sands Cotai Central (Venetian Parcel 5 & 6 Resumption Works). The scope of works of these contracts include completion of the remaining concrete structures, modification of existing structures, external works and hard landscape works, etc.. These contracts are part of the essential advance works to be completed at the early stage, prior to the resumption of the development in full scale. It is anticipated more contracts will be issued for tender shortly and Top Builders will be actively involving in the tender.

The commencement ceremony was held on 4 June 2010 at Venetian Parcel 5 & 6 Site. A number of guests took part in this memorable event. Being a Chinese Culture to pray for safety and success, Top Builders’ Managing Director Forest Tang took the lead for cutting roast pigs. Five roasted whole pigs were finished by the attendees in minutes!
