Top Builders Group was awarded the Social Facility Fit-out Works for the new Mong Há Social Housing Phase 1 by the Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento de infra-estruturas (GIT).

The contract sum is MOP 38.6 million and the scope includes building fit-out works and associated mechanical and electrical works.

The BaiSun Ceremony was held on 1st April 2011 to commemorate the commencement of the 6-month project.
