Top Builders Group was recently awarded a joint-venture contract worth MOP 128 million by Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento de Infra-estruturas (GDI) for the construction of the 1^st section of the road connecting to Coloane Ka-Ho Tunnel. Top Builders takes a 40% stake in the joint-venture.

The total length of the road is 1.2 km. The scope of works includes the cutting and filling of a total of over 80,000 m3 of soil and rock, the use of bored piles with dia. from 600 to 1200 mm in supporting the retaining walls, the installation of rain water and sewage underground drainage systems, and the construction of base and pavements of the road including all traffic accessories.
