Top Builders Group was recently awarded a joint-venture contract worth MOP 115 million by the Macao Land, Public Works and Transport Bureau (DSSOPT) for the refurbishment and fit-out works for the Judiciary Police Building, where TBI takes a 40% stake in the joint-venture.

The scope of works comprises demolition (of existing internal fit-out), ABWF, fit-out and related MEP works for 14 floors, in the existing building. This is one of the major fit-out works awarded to Top Builders since the fit-out works in Malo Spa & Clinic and Mong Há Social Housing Phase 1.
