Top Builders Group was recently awarded a substantial contract worth over MOP 428 million by Gabinete para as Infra-estruturas de Transportes (GIT) for the construction of phase 1 of the Jockey Club Transportation Interchange in Road Oliveira, Taipa. The transportation interchange is designed to be an important transportation hub for future Taipa, and consists of facilities such as a lightrail train station, an underground car park, a bus terminal, a community center and a series of pedestrian walkways.

The scope of works includes piling and ELS works, sub-structure, superstructure, fit-out works, E&M and landscaping.
