Top Builders Group is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a West Podium Substructure package for the Parisian (Venetian Parcel 3). This is the second contract awarded to Top Builders for works in the Parisian after ground investigation works for the development last year.

The substructure package include works such as design & build ELS system, cutting off pile heads, construction of pile caps, ground beams, water tanks (B2 basement), underground drainage and B1 basement slab.

The works started in Jul 13 and is expected to be finished by Feb 14.
