Top Builders Group has been awarded two contracts by Sands Macao for ABWF and pool deck fit-out & hard landscaping works respectively for the resumption works for Sands Cotai Central (Venetian Parcel 5 & 6) – Tower 5B.
These are the second and third Tower 5B contracts awarded to Top Builders for Tower 5B works after the award of the concrete superstructure contract earlier this year.
The scope of works of the ABWF contract includes blockwork, wet finishes, door and ironmongery works, metal works, certain fit-out works and roof waterproofing works for the entire tower superstructure and certain podium levels.
As for the second contract, the scope of works includes hard landscaping works, ABWF works, waterproofing works, plumbing and drainage works, fit-out works, GRC works, and theming works on the L8 Hotel & Service Apartment pool deck area.
Both projects are expected to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2015
