Top Builders Group is proud to announce that it has been recently awarded a contract by Venetian Macao for the construction of the tower superstructure of the Parisian (Venetian Parcel 3), the latest integrated resort development located on the Cotai Strip.

Along with concrete works, the scope of works also includes certain MEP, façade, earthing and lightning works.

The hotel tower of the Parisian consists of 33 no. of floors with a top height of +160m above sea level. It will accommodate guest rooms, suites and special gaming including approximately 3,000 guest rooms with a construction area of approximately 200,000 m2.

The project is expected to be completed by the 3^rd quarter of 2015.
