Top Builders Group has been awarded a contract by Venetian Macao for Apart Hotel ABWF works for Sands Cotai Central (Venetian Parcel 5 & 6) – Tower 5B (Resumption).

This is the fourth Tower 5B contract awarded to Top Builders for Tower 5B works after earlier awards last year.

The scope of works of the ABWF contract includes blockwork, wet finishes, door and ironmongery works, metal works and certain fit-out works in FOH areas including guest rooms, guest corridors and guest lobbies from L10 to L36.

The project is expected to be completed by second quarter of 2016.
